Who we are

What this website collects

This is an informational website. It has no accounts, no shop, no contact form and no newsletter sign-up, so there is nothing here through which you can submit personal data to us.

Our web server keeps standard access logs, as any web server does. These contain your IP address, the time of the request, the page requested, and the browser and operating system your device reports. We use them only to keep the site available and secure, and to investigate faults or abuse. They are not used to build a profile of you and are not combined with other data.

Cookies

This website does not place tracking, advertising or analytics cookies. We use no Google Analytics or comparable statistics service, and no advertising networks.

If you contact us by e-mail or telephone, we process the details you give us for that purpose only.

Links to other websites

Our pages link to the websites of manufacturers we work with. Those sites have their own privacy statements, and this one does not apply to them.

Sharing and storage

We do not sell personal data and we do not share it with third parties for their own purposes. Data is stored on servers in the Netherlands. Server logs are kept only as long as needed for security and troubleshooting.

Your rights

Under the General Data Protection Regulation you may ask us for access to the personal data we hold about you, and ask us to correct, delete or restrict its use, or to object to it being used. Write to info@dutchmed.nl and we will respond within one month.

If you are not satisfied with our response, you may lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority, the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.

Changes

We may update this statement when the website changes. The date at the top shows when it was last revised.
